It's funny how sometimes we are looking for something random and we can't find it anywhere else and then we find it at an Orchard. At this particular store we found a great fire pit that we enjoyed using for many house parties in the backyard.
Personally, I love OSH. Compared to Home Depot and Lowes, they are smaller, but they have some items that you cannot find anywhere else. Their inventory of nuts and bolts is the largest compared to anywhere I have been to. You can also find great deals throughout the store.
Close location, helpful staff. They had just the thing I needed for a DIY project, this Weatherwash stain that aged the wood I was working with. Love this local OSH!
This store has also has done a fantastic job by remodeling it and it is just gorgeous. Highly recommended. 5 STARS!
The customer service at this Orchard Supply and Hardware store in Livermore is outstanding, and always has been. It’s a little further from my house than the other two home improvement stores in Livermore, but I actually save time going to OSH instead because everyone goes out of their way to be helpful. In all the years I’ve been in Livermore, I have never ever had a bad experience at this store. So, I thought it was about time I gave it a review.
Andy in your plumbing section behaves badly. As he walks away from you..."go ahead I'm listening" or while he's sorting pieces and parts..."I'll help you when I'm done with this".
