Terrible, last time I use Hertz. They dropped the car off and it was filthy, it looked like it had recently been off road. On top of that the low tire pressure light is on. The jerk that dropped it off obviously saw the light and ignored it. When I called down to inform them of the issues all I get is drive it down here and we'll swap it out. When I told them the tire was going flat the receptionist response was, "drive safely." Thanks Hertz, top notch operation you're running down there! Really, stellar performance!

Place was great.had no trouble at all .despite my credit card was declined twice. my only complaint is that when I returned the car at a different location .they told me I was over charged.i could have paid close to half the price they gave me.
Returned my car here - convenient. New office, but staffed by just one person. Did wonder where the others where! However, received good, efficient service by the lone staff member.
All I can say is the associates at Hertz are untrustworthy, deceptive or simply incompetent. No matter what they tell you about the rentals, check with your insurance company first!!
In total I drove the vehicle 20 miles (10 each way from the rental agency to my house), and it will be costing me nearly a $100, when I'd be assured multiple times that these costs would be covered by the insurance. $100 for 20 miles!!
