Nichole was amazing! She is so friendly and makes me want to actually store my things here. She made me feel welcomed, helped when I lost my lock key, allowed me to take my time even with all of my crazy family needs! She is definitely one of the best employees there!
This place is very welcoming and people who work here are nice and professional as well. It feels lime im leaving something special and i dont like goodbyes but this was a great experience i had no issues and felt my things were safe as well as people look out for one another here too!
Nichole is very friendly and very efficient. She is a great multitasker. She's super people-friendly and a pleasant to come across. The storage facility is always neat clean and never over crowded.

Only moments after I had booked a unit on the Public Storage website, I received a call from Chris who was very kind and helpful with pricing and other details. I met him onsite close to closing time. Even so, I was not rushed and was ready to move in shortly thereafter. When I ended my lease, I was dealing with personal issues, but that did not stop Nichole from going above and beyond to make sure my termination went smoothly. Truly a great experience and should I need to store my stuff, you betcha this is the first place I will call!
