I had room 314 right across from the elevator. I'm a heavy sleeper so the elevator ding didn't wake.me, but I know many friends who would not have been happy with that. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were all fantastic and friendly. I thought the price was a little high, but there were several sports and musical things in town, so that was to be expected. Overall, I'd happily stay here again.
Nice hotel. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Fast WiFi. Good days & lots of shopping in the area. Area is quiet. I took back one star bc the walls are thin & the hotel was noisy
Nice & clean. Awesome breakfast. Great customer service. Quick check out is excellent. The pool is nice and area is kept cleaned. There's a fitness room. There's a gas station, convenient store and Wendy's right next door. Restaurants and shopping area nearby.
The location was easy to find, right off the freeway. there was plenty of parking and checking in was quick. The rooms have a nice modern look and a mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was spacious and the overall room was very clean. The main and front desk service was prompt and friendly.
I booked through hotwire. I had a stay this past Monday 6/26 for a 6 week work related training in Livermore, Ca and I wanted to bring some concerns to your attention, I believe in attempting to solve issues before resorting to alternative measures like social media or reviews. I was put in room 208, and the first thing I see is a pile of dirty blue and white rags on the floor, I know mistakes happen so I didn't make it an issue. I was then unpacking my luggage and the entire time there was a very loud and frustrating banging. I thought it was a guest in another room so I continued to unpack, I then called the front desk to notify them of the situation, and they told me there was construction at the hotel which I was not aware of and typically hotels notify guests before they book and also post signs but neither were done. They suggested I pack my room back up and relocate, which was a huge inconvenience considering all of my work and personal items were completely unpacked and all over the room, they then said, if your planning to go out you can come back after 730pm so that's what I did. I planned to have a nice relaxing time doing my work at the hotel. I returned to the room to lay on the chaise lounge and had white dog hair all over myself, I later went to take a shower and it looks like there is some kind of black mold on the ceiling, not just a little but all over, it also looked like they attempted to paint over it, disgusting and not acceptable. To say the least, I did not have a relaxing or comfortable stay and it's unacceptable and unfortunate.
