Had a watch battery replaced at a different jewelers a couple of weeks ago - supposedly. Three days ago my watch stopped working. I was afraid something had been broken when they were changing the battery, so I took it to Lance Cavalieri Jewelers in Livermore. I told them it had stopped working and had had the battery changed 2 weeks ago. They checked it out and tested the battery. They said it was VERY weak. So it looks like the OLD battery was left in the watch and I paid for a battery I never got. Lance Cavalieri Jewelers GAVE me a new battery for FREE!!!!! Guess who my NEW Go-To Jeweler is?? LANCE CAVALIERI in Livermore!!!!
I really do not like to give reviews. Rarely I have a GREAT experience. I have to give Lance, Athena and everyone there five stars. They are easy to work with. They let you be comfortable with no pressure. They are down to earth and real. Yes, there are cheaper places who's jewelry is not near to Cavalieri's quality. Because of who they are is why I will continue to go there.
Staff was so welcoming and helpful. The ring I brought in to be fixed wasn't expensive but carried a lot of sentimental value. They took such great care in cleaning it up. I swear it was returned to me in better condition than when it was brand new! I will definitely be a repeat customer and have already begun recommending them to everyone I know!
