Before waiting to see a doctor was bad but now it is much better. I hope make mpre changes.
The receptionists never kind or friendly make you feel you are unwelcome to come. Hardly answet you questions and this is always since i start here not only with me but i see woth others patence too.
The ladies at the front desk were really nice and so was my nurse. The issue was with my nurse practitioner who was rude from the minute she entered the room. I felt immediately judged and as if I could not trust her or confide in her. That's an issue when you're talking about your health. I had questions that she simply answered in a very demeaning way. She does not understand that not everyone has the same level of education and was not happy to answer concerns I had. She even rolled her eyes at me at some point. Very unprofessional, not friendly at all.
Iam thankful with God that i have a place to go to see a Doctor, but in 20 years ibeen patient here ALWAYS has a very bad customer service.
