Every time I go here I've been lucky enough to deal with Erin. She seems to understand what I want and shows me the best options. I've been to this store three times now and each time left feeling great about the pieces I bought.
So comfortable to shop here. We were offered water and a glass of Chardonnay.
We bought a very nice comfy sofa, coffee table, huge book shelf and a small corner table.
I walked into Connolly's just to look, but I left with a new bedroom set. The later occurred because of the great customer service and sale skills of Frankie. His product knowledge and helpfulness made the difference. I loved what he showed me so much that I wound up buying that day. It's been delivered and set up and I love it even more. The chair I ordered is nothing like the model on the showroom floor. It is not comfortable, there are some construction issues with it, and I contacted Connolly's regarding my issues. They sent a crew out to look at the chair construction problem - several places not sewn correctly, stuffing coming out. The service technicians said that is the way it is. They took pictures and I've not heard back after a month. When I contacted the salesman about the comfort issue he said "The floor model is broken in. You'll just need to break yours in." I asked how long that would take and how long the floor model had been in use. He said "Quite awhile". That is just not acceptable to me. I will never purchase from Connolly's again.
Great place. Beautiful store, really enjoyed taking our time shopping. Very pleased with our purchases.
My husband and I had very fine service. Erin knew her products. She was personable and efficient. We are very happy with our purchase a Love seat that is American made. This purchase was also delivered in a timely manner. We would consider Connolly's again for our furnishings no needs.
