Funeral director failed to "direct" and made a naturally difficult day much worse. And an electronic guest book sent out spam email the very next day after the service. Very tacky.

I guess as far as funeral homes go pretty standard layout. Leaches sapping money from the grieving every chance possible. As if losing your brother at age 30 isn't enough, you're now in debt for 20k. If my family sees this ! Please burn me please don't go into debt for this !
