Great store! Love that I can get almost ANYTHING there, at a good price! And the staff at the Livermore store is great!
HOWEVER I was just at one 30 minutes ago, needing simple pair of flip flops for a wedding. I bought NOTHING. And yet you were able to contact my personal communication device(android). With a push notification. No text or Email. SOMETHING IS NOT OK ABOUT THIS....
This is a well kept store, with a large parking lot. The customer service is spotty; sometimes you get an amazing team member that really spends the time with you, many other times they are just doing the minimum.
I want to know who gave target permission to send me this push notification. I have NEVER created an account or ever shop at Target
