The clearance was good, 60% off. Banana Republic is usually expensive but I found some very good discount items. The line was very long and the store was so messed up as too many customers left things untidy. But the employees were still kind and doing what they were meant to.
The lady at the counter charged me for a dress which I had later cancelled it . To my luck I did not chk my bill and my bag until I reached home I belong to Elk Grove and I am a tourist I feel cheated and I am thoroughly disappointed. It was a busy store and the cashier took advantage of it charging extra dollars from a tourist.
