Spent $800 on a rental vehicle at this location. Their shuttle would not take me back to my vehicle at the Service King in Dublin. Reason I was told is that location is outside of their shuttle radius of 10 miles. The Service King is 11.1 miles from their location. Literally - ONE MILE. Makes sense.
Livermore Toyota uphold excellence in the manner they treat their customers. I recently went to get my car serviced here and I am proud to have come here. The rates from their coupons beat out all other Toyotas in the Bay Area. Waiting inside the dealership is nice, calm, and cool added bonus for having a well stocked cafe to order from. I would come here again!
I started going here for service because it was more convenient than Dublin. It was a good choice. They seem to be more honest about services needed. They once installed a part at no cost because they overlooked it during the oil change and safety check. My only complaint is that they don't have enough shuttle drivers scheduled to handle the volume of customers.
Excellent and immediate service for minor items like replacing a burnt out light bulb, as well as providing great maintenance service.
I don't recommend buy a car on Livermore toyota cause .i buy car from them and they promise me paint driver side door from my car and they did wrong .and they was firing with me manager Dave p. saler!!!! .cause i said the paint its too bad.and they didn't take out the moldings and also they drove my car 180miles from Livermore to Roseville
