I went in two days ago and they scheduled me an appointment at 11 the following day to do my hair. I got there at 11 and they made me wait 45 minutes to tell me they couldn't do my hair. Don't even waste your time going here.
I was waiting for almost an hour, and after helping four people, the stylist decided to call over the person who had been waiting there for 5 minutes. She had said the person had made an appointment, even though there was still 15 minutes until his appointment. I used to come here a lot, but after this experience I no longer want to come. I wait to get my hair cut while I'm away at college to come here, but honestly not gonna make that mistake again.
